as the social media coordinator, i am responsible for creating, drafting, and scheduling content and written copy for the company's social media profiles to strengthen brand image and online presence.

my tasks included:

  • led the execution of social media campaigns across brand platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity (e.g. instagram, x, threads, facebook, tiktok, reddit, pinterest, snapchat)

  • schedule and post content, curate captions using sprout social

  • monitor performance metrics, test engagement strategies, and report weekly insights to strategize social media campaigns

  • increase social media following by creating engaging content aimed to improve brand visibility and customer interaction, yielding the following increases in the first two months:

    • 94% (youtube), 23% (instagram), 19% (snapchat), 17% (facebook), 14% (x), 7% (reddit), 5% (pinterest), 3% (tiktok)
